Whereas:
(1) Bayer CropScience LP, based in the United States and represented in the Union by Bayer Agriculture B.V., based in Belgium, is the authorisation holder or co-holder of 35 authorisations for the placing on the market of products containing, consisting of or produced from certain genetically modified organisms under Regulation
(EC) No 1829/2003. The respective authorisations were granted by Commission Implementing Decisions
