Whereas:
(1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2150 of 22 October 2025 amending Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of the thresholds for supply, service and works contracts, and design contests for the years 2026-2027(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(2) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2151 of 22 October 2025 amending Directive 2014/23/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of the thresholds for concessions for the years 2026-2027(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(3) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152 of 22 October 2025 amending Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of the thresholds for public supply, service and works contracts, and design contests for the years 2026-2027(3)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(4) Annex XVI to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Annex XVI to the EEA Agreement is amended as follows:
1. The following indent is added in point 2 (Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council): ‘— 32025 R 2152: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152 of 22 October 2025 (OJ L, 2025/2152,
23.10.2025).’
2. The following indent is added in point 4 (Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council): ‘— 32025 R 2150: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2150 of 22 October 2025 (OJ L, 2025/2150,
23.10.2025).’
3. The following indent is added in point 6f (Directive 2014/23/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council): ‘— 32025 R 2151: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2151 of 22 October 2025 (OJ L, 2025/2151,
23.10.2025).’ Article 2 The texts of Delegated Regulations (EU) 2025/2150, (EU) 2025/2151 and (EU) 2025/2152 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.

Article 4 This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
