Whereas:
(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2566 of 18 December 2025 concerning the authorisation of L-lysine sulphate and L-lysine monohydrochloride produced with Corynebacterium glutamicumCGMCC 7.453 as feed additives for all animal species(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2575 of 18 December 2025 withdrawing from the market certain feed additives(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(3) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2576 of 18 December 2025 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of Bacillus subtilisDSM 32324, Bacillus subtilisDSM 32325 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciensDSM 25840 as a feed additive for all poultry species for laying or for breeding (holder of authorisation: Chr. Hansen A/S) and amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1762 as regards the terms of the authorisation of a preparation of Bacillus subtilisDSM 32324, Bacillus subtilisDSM 32325 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciensDSM 25840 as a feed additive for all poultry species for fattening or reared for laying or reared for breeding(3)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(4) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2590 of 18 December 2025 concerning the authorisation of L-valine produced with Corynebacterium glutamicumKCCM 80365 as a feed additive for all animal species(4)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(5) This Decision concerns legislation regarding feedingstuffs. Legislation regarding feedingstuffs shall not apply to Liechtenstein as long as the application of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products is extended to Liechtenstein, as specified in the sectoral adaptations to Annex I to the EEA Agreement. This Decision is therefore not to apply to Liechtenstein.
(6) Annex I to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Chapter II of Annex I to the EEA Agreement is amended as follows:
1. The following is added in point 379 (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1762): ‘, as amended by: — 32025 R 2576: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2576 of 18 December 2025 (OJ L, 2025/2576, 19.12.2025).’

2. The following points are inserted after point 707 (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/103): ‘708. 32025 R 2566:Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2566 of 18 December 2025 concerning the authorisation of L-lysine sulphate and L-lysine monohydrochloride produced with Corynebacterium glutamicum CGMCC 7.453 as feed additives for all animal species (OJ L, 2025/2566, 19.12.2025).
709. 32025 R 2575: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2575 of 18 December 2025 withdrawing from the market certain feed additives (OJ L, 2025/2575, 19.12.2025).
710. 32025 R 2576: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2576 of 18 December 2025 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of Bacillus subtilis DSM 32324, Bacillus subtilis DSM 32325 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciensDSM 25840 as a feed additive for all poultry species for laying or for breeding (holder of
authorisation: Chr. Hansen A/S) and amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1762 as regards the terms of the authorisation of a preparation of Bacillus subtilisDSM 32324, Bacillus subtilisDSM 32325 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens DSM 25840 as a feed additive for all poultry species for fattening or reared for laying or reared for breeding (OJ L, 2025/2576, 19.12.2025).
711. 32025 R 2590: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2590 of 18 December 2025 concerning the authorisation of L-valine produced with Corynebacterium glutamicumKCCM 80365 as a feed additive for all animal species (OJ L, 2025/2590, 19.12.2025).’ Article 2 The texts of Implementing Regulations (EU) 2025/2566, (EU) 2025/2575, (EU) 2025/2576 and (EU) 2025/2590 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 1 May 2026, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made(*).
Article 4 This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
