1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारत सरकार (कायय-आबंटन) तीन सौ सड़सठवााँ संिोधन जनयम, 2022 ैै।

(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त ैोंगे।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th January, 2022 S.O. 169(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Sixty-seventh Amendment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS (SANCHAR MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “B.

DEPARTMENT OF POSTS (DAK VIBHAG)”, after entry 2, the following entry shall be inserted, namely: - “2A. Matters related to India Post Payments Bank.”.
