NOTIFICATION No 434/KT-LA/2023(2) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the
Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951(43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby appoints each of the officers of the Government of Karnataka as specified in column 2 of the Table below as Additional Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Assembly Constituency specified in Column 1 of the said table against such officers in performance of the functions of the counting of votes only.
