NOTIFICATION In exercise of the power conferred by sub section (2) of Section 4 of the Census Act, 1948 (37 of 1948), the Government of Karnataka is pleased to appoint the Chief Commissioner of Greater Bengaluru Authority as Divisional Census Officer within the meaning of the said sub section to supervise the Census taking within jurisdiction of Greater Bengaluru area.
