NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th February, 2026 G.S.R. 193(E).—In terms of Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, an "Internal Complaints Committee", has been constituted comprising of the following members to provide protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace of Lok Sabha Secretariat and for redressal of complaints of harassment and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. The tenure of the members of the Committee constituted for the purpose will be for a period of one year with effect from 01.03.2026

or until further orders whichever is earlier :-
