1. सजं िप्त िीर्कश और लाग ू होना - (1) इस आदेि को क्रॉस ररसेस्ट्ड स्ट्क्रू (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदिे , 2026 कहा िाएगा।

(2) यह िासकीय रािपत्र म ेंइसके प्रकािन की जनर्दष्टश तारीख स े लागू होगा।

ORDER New Delhi, the 20th June, 2026 S.O. 3298(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016) and in supersession of the Cross Recessed Screws (Quality Control) Order, 2025, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in public interest, hereby makes the following order,

namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) This order may be called the Cross Recessed Screws (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2026.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Cross Recessed Screws (Quality Control) Order, 2025, enforcement of IS Number and IS Title at serial numbers 12,13 and 14 and the entries relating thereto shall not be operative for a period of 3 years from date of publication in the gazette.
