Notification issued by Commissioner of State Tax, under TNGST Act 2017 & TNGST Rules 2017 [No.01/2026-PP2/GST-15/22/2026 Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax, Chennai, Friday, May 8th, 2026, Chithirai 25, Parabhava, Thiruvalluvar Aandu - 2057.] No.VI(1)/318/2026.
The following amendment is issued to the Notification No.4/2017 dated 12-07-2017 issued by the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, published in Tamil Nadu Extraordinary Gazette No.3 Part VI, section 1, in Notification No.VI(1)/11(a-4)/2019, dated 04-01-2019 as amended by Commissioner of Commercial Taxes Notification No.3/2024/ (TNGST/PP3/P/17/2022) dated 28.10.2024 in Notification No. VI(1)/746/2024 published in Tamil Nadu Gazette issue No. 45 dated 13.11.2024.
2) In Column (1) "Chapter- XV-Demands and Recovery" after "Section 74" in Column (2), the following shall be inserted as "Section 74A"

Notification Regarding the Arrangements made by Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for Attending Urgent Civil Matters During Summer Vacation, 2026. (Dis No.5317/T1/2026/E1) (R.O.C. No. 195/2026/E1) No.VI(1)/319/2026.
1. Notice is hereby given that the City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai will be closed for the Summer Vacation, 2026 for the period from 01.05.2026 to 31.05.2026 (Both days inclusive).
2. Thiru S. Babu, B.Sc., B.L., XXVIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, who has been transferred and posted as XXVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, as per the Hon'ble High Court's ROC Nos. 17/2026- Con.B2, 87697-A/2025/B2 and 21858/2026-B2. dated 22.04.2026, will act as the Vacation Judge for the I Turn for the period from 01.05.2026 to 15.05.2026 to dispose of urgent civil matters only. The Vacation Judge will sit in the VIII Assistant City Civil Court Hall, Chennai on Thursdays i.e.. 07.05.2026 and 14.05.2026.

Notification Regarding the Arrangements made by Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for Attending Urgent Criminal Matters During Summer Vacation, 2026. (R.O.C.No. 196/2026/E1) No.VI(1)/320/2026.
1. In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 10(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and Under
Section 8(8) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Principal Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai makes the following arrangements for attending Urgent Criminal Work during Summer Vacation, 2026 (01.05.2026 to 31.05.2026).
2. Tmt. S. Ramya, B.A., B.L., XXII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be incharge of Criminal Work during Summer Vacation from 01.05.2026 to 15.05.2026 and the Vacation Judge will sit in the II Additional City Civil Court Hall, Chennai on Wednesdays i.e., 06.05.2026 and 13.05.2026 for the disposal of urgent Criminal matters.
3. Thiru. R. Shanmugasundaram, I Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be incharge of Criminal Work during Summer Vacation from 16.05.2026 to 31.05.2026 and the Vacation Judge will sit in the I Additional City Civil Court Hall, Chennai on Wednesdays i.e., 20.05.2026 and 27.05.2026 for the disposal of urgent Criminal matters.
4. The Vacation Sessions Judge will also be incharge of Remand Work, Remand extension Works and all other Criminal Works during Summer Vacation, 2026 for all Vacation Courts i.e., Principal Judge's Court and Additional City Civil Courts, Chennai.
5. The cases which requires remand extension during Vacation shall be placed before the Vacation Judge concerned for the purpose of Remand extension either on Monday or Wednesday. The Additional City Civil Courts, may, assign the date for remand extension cases accordingly.
6. The Chief Administrative Officer, City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai will look after the administrative work during Summer Vacation, 2026. Shanmuga Sundaram, B.Com., L.L.B., I Additional Judge (TADA), City Civil Court, Chennai who has been transferred and posted as Sessions Judge, Special Court No. I for trial of Criminal Cases related to MP's & MLA's of Tamil Nadu, Chennai as per the Hon'ble High Court's Notification No.63/2026, dt. 29.04.2026 will act as the Vacation Sessions Judge during Summer Vacation from 16.05.2026 to 31.05.2026 to dispose the urgent Criminal matters and the Vacation Judge will sit in the II Additional City Civil Court Hall, Chennai on Wednesdays i.e., 20.05.2026 and 27.05.2026.

Variations In the said Review Approved Cuddalore Master Plan in Schedule under the heading Land Use zoning for Cuddalore Local Planning Authority Ward 7 of Vilvarayanatham Village.
(i) Sub head ANNEXURE-3(I) 1(b), MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE - Under the sub heading Ward 7, against the entry survey No.1996pt (except survey No 1996/1) Shall be substituted after Survey No. 1990 to 1994.
(ii) Sub Head ANNEXURE -III (A) CONTROLLED INDUSTRIES USE ZONE, Under the sub heading Ward 7, against the entry survey No.1996pt (except survey No 1996/1) Shall be substituted after Survey No. 1984 to
1987. The entry survey No.1979pt to be removed.

(i) Against the entry survey Nos. 129 to 133, Survey No.129pt (except survey No 129/3B2), 130 to 133 Shall be substituted after the entry Survey No. 128pt.
(ii) Under the head ANNEXURE -3.I sub head 1(b) Mixed residential use zone serial No.209, Arisiperiyankuppam Village, the expression survey No. 129/3B2 shall be added after the entry survey No. 113pt.
Conditions
1. Development works has to be carried out as per TNCDBR-2019.

Draft Variation In the approved Hosur Development Plan 2046 under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Hosur New Town Development Planning area in KALASTHIPURAM village Page No.313 in S.F.Nos.64/1B2, 64/1C the following entries should be made.
(i) Under the heading “Residential use” the following S.F.Nos.64/1B2, 64/1C shall be added after the S.F.No.63 of Kalasthipuram village in the Sl.No.1 of Page No.313.

(i) Against the entry of E3 of 31, Emaneswaram under the heading in EDUCATIONAL USE, the expression 207P, 208P Shall be deleted after 205p and added 207p (except 207/1), 208P(Except 208/2p,208/3p) after 205p.

Draft Variation In the said of Modified Velur Master Plan, under the heading Permitted Landuse in Various Survey Number of Velur Local Planning Area, under the heading in Punjai Idaiyar Melmugam Village, Page No:40, the S.F.No:290/2A1A1. The following entries should be made.
(i) Under the heading “Residential use (MR2)” the expression S.F.No:290/2A1A1, Punjai Idaiyar Melmugam Village shall be added before the S.F.No.294/2C.
(ii) Under the heading “Agricultural use (A-4)” the expression, S.F.Nos. 290/2A1A1 shall be deleted and the expression S.F. Numbers 282 to289,290pt, 291 to293, 294pt (Except 290/2A1A1) shall be substituted.
