(2) यह रािपत्र म ें इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होगा।

ORDER New Delhi, the 26th July, 2024 S.O. 3052(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council) Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Libya Order, 2016, namely:-

1. (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Libya (Third Amendment) Order, 2024.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Libya Order, 2016, in the Schedule, in Annexure 3, under the heading “A Individuals”, for the paragraph number LYi.012 and the entries relating thereto, the following paragraph and entries shall be substituted, namely:- “LYi.012 Name: 1: MOHAMMED 2: MUAMMAR 3: QADHAFI 4: na
