NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th July, 2018 S.O. 3691(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Forty Third Amendment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE,—

(i) under the heading “MINISTRY OF FINANCE (VITTA MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS (ARTHIK KARYA VIBHAG)”, after entry 47A, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:— “47B. Central Road and Infrastructure Fund.”;

(ii) under the heading “MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS (SADAK PARIVAHAN AUR RAJ MARG MANTRALAYA)”, entry 8 shall be omitted.
