1. (1) इन िनयम(cid:31) का सिं ,- नाम भारत सरकार (काय--%--आबंटन) तीन सौ अड़तीसवां संशोधन िनयम,,,, 2017 है ।

(2) ये तुरंत (cid:26)वृ(cid:27) ह(cid:31)ग े ।

2. भारत सरकार (काय--%--आबंटन) िनयम,,,, 1961 क0 ि(cid:25)तीय अनसु ूची म,,1,, ''वािण3य और उ5ोग मं6ालय'' शीष%क के अधीन, उप----शीष%क "अ. वािण3य िवभाग" के अधीन,—

(i) (cid:26)िवि8 27 का लोप (cid:1)कया जाएगा; और

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th December, 2017 S.O. 3871(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Thirty Eighth Amendment Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (VANIJYA AUR UDYOG MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE (VANIJYA VIBHAG),”—

(i) the entry 27 shall be omitted; and

(ii) for the entry 32, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:— “32. Development, operation and maintenance of National Public Procurement Portal— Government e-Marketplace.”.
