(i) (cid:9)िवि(cid:12)ट 3 और 4 का लोप (cid:4)कया जाएगा।

(ii) (cid:9)िवि(cid:12)ट 11 के (cid:28)थ ान पर,,,, िन(cid:30)न िलिखत (cid:9)िवि(cid:12) ट रखी जाएगी:- ''''''''(cid:9)ित(cid:28)प धा! अिधिनयम,,,, 2002 (2003 का 12)।''

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 7th May, 2018 S. O. 1847(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Forty First Amendment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS (CORPORATE KARYA MANTRALAYA)”,-

(i) entries 3 and 4 shall be omitted.

(ii) for entry 11, the following entry shall be substituted:- “The Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003).”

(iii) after entry 13, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:- “14. Administration of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.

15. Administration of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.

16. Administration of National Company Law Tribunal.

17. Administration of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority.¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3

18. Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

19. National Financial Reporting Authority.
