2. भारत सरकार (काय--आबंटन) िनयम,,,,1961 क? ि"तीय अनुसूची मB,,,,---- (क) ‘‘‘‘‘‘‘‘आवासन और शहरी काय- मंDालय’’’’’’’’ शीष-क के अधीन,,,,----

(i) #िविF 27 के पHात्,,,, िन/िलिखत #िविFयां अIत:Kथािपत क? जाएंगी,,,, अथा-त्:- ‘‘‘‘‘‘‘‘27 क. एनबीसीसी (इंिडया) िलिमटेड तथा उसक? समनुषंिगय( से संबंिधत मामले । 27 ख. िहIदKु तान #ीफैब िलिमटेड से संबंिधत मामले ।’’’’’’’’;;;;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th December, 2017 S.O. 3858(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Thirty Seventh Amendment Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, -

(a) under the heading “MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS (AWASAN AUR SHAHARI KARYA MANTRALAYA)”, -

(i) after entry 27, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:- “27A. Matters relating to NBCC (India) Limited and its subsidiaries.

27B. Matters relating to Hindustan Prefab Limited.”;

(ii) after entry 39, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:- “40. Administration of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 (7 of 2014).

41. Administration of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of

2016).”;

(b) under the heading “MINISTRY OF STEEL (ISPAT MANTRALAYA)”, in entry 4, item (viii) shall be omitted.
