1. (1) इन िनयम( का सिं 34 नाम भारत सरकार (काय-- आबंटन) तीन सौ उनतालीसवां सशं ोधन िनयम,,,, 2017 ह ै।

(2) ये तुरंत #व$ृ ह(गे ।

2. भारत सरकार (काय-- आबंटन) िनयम,,,, 1961 क7 ि"तीय अनसु ूची म,,:,, ''आयुव<द, योग और #ाकृितक िच(cid:4)क?सा, यनू ानी, िस@ और हो(cid:10)योपथै ी (आयुष) मंCालय'' शीषक- के अधीन,—

(i) #िविD 4 के पFात,् िनHिलिखत #िविD अंतःJथािपत क7 जाएगी, अथा-त::्::———— "4क. सोवा MरNपा के िवकास और #चार के िलए नीित बनाना, िजसके अतं ग-त केOPीय कायQ- म(/योजनाS का काया-Oवयन,,,, अनसु ंधान और िवकास, िश3ा तथा सोवा MरNपा से संबंिधत मानक( के िलए केOPीय संJथाए ं Jथािपत करना तथा उनका रख-रखाव करना भी ह ै।";

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2017 S.O. 4087(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Thirty Ninth Amendment Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF AYURVEDA, YOGA AND NATUROPATHY, UNANI, SIDDHA AND HOMOEOPATHY (AYUSH) (AYURVEDA, YOGA AUR PRAKRATIK CHIKITSA, UNANI, SIDDHA AUR HOMOEOPATHY (AYUSH) MANTRALAYA)”,—

(i) after entry 4, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:— “4A. Formulation of policy for development and propagation of Sowa Rigpa including implementation of Central programmes/schemes, setting up and maintenance of Central Institutions for research and development, education and standards relating to Sowa Rigpa.”;

(ii) in entry 5, for items (j) to (v), the following item shall be substituted, namely:— “(j) Central Research Councils and National Institutes relating to Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy.”;

(iii) for entry 7 and the note thereunder, the following shall be substituted, namely:— “7. Matters of cadre formation and control including framing and amendment of recruitment rules, recruitment, promotion and all other service matters relating to Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy doctors of Central Government Health Scheme and other Central Government institutions requiring action at Government level.

(iv) for entry 12, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:— “12. Undertaking surveys, evaluation, collection and publication of statistics relating to various aspects of Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy.”;

(v) for entry 15, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:— “15. All matters relating to the National Medicinal Plants Board; including promotion and propagation of Medicinal Plants, and implementation of schemes therefor.

16. Indian Medicines Pharmaceutical Corporation Limited.”.
