1. (1) इन िनयम( का संि67 नाम भारत सरकार (काय-, आबंटन) तीन सौ प2तीसवां संशोधन िनयम,,,, 2017 ह ै।

(2) ये तुरंत #वृ$ ह(गे ।

2. भारत सरकार (काय,-आबंटन) िनयम,,,,1961 क? ि"तीय अनुसूची म,B———— (क) ''नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊजा, मंFालय'' शीष,क के अधीन, #िविH 11 का लोप (cid:4)कया जाएगा;;;; (ख) ''पेIोिलयम और #ाकृितक गैस मंFालय'' शीष,क के अधीन,,,,————

(i) #िविH 4 के पLात,,्,, िन.िलिखत #िविH अMत:(cid:11)थािपत क? जाएगी,,,, अथा,त:्———— ''4क. (i) जैव Oधन( के संबंध मB समP समMवय;;;;

(ii) जैव Oधन( पर रा(cid:15)ीय नीित;

(iii) जैव Oधन( और इसके सिQमिRत उTपाद( का िवपणन,,,, संिवतरण और खुदरा िवUय;

(iv) जैव Oधन( के उTपादन मB सहायता के िलए नीित/(cid:11)क?म;

(v) जैव Oधन( का सिQमRण तथा सिQमRण िनयतन िजनके अंतग,त ऐसे सिQमRण के िलए मानक िनधा,Xरत करना भी है;

(vi) रा(cid:15)ीय जैव Oधन िवकास बोड, क? (cid:11)थापना और िवYमान सं(cid:11)थागत तंF को सुदढ़ृ करना;;;; और

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th August, 2017 S.O. 2492(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,

namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Thirty Fifth Amendment Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE,—

(a) under the heading “MINISTRY OF NEW AND RENEWABLE ENERGY (NAVEEN AUR NAVIKARNIYA OORJA MANTRALAYA)”, entry 11 shall be omitted;

(b) under the heading “MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS (PETROLEUM AUR PRAKRITIK GAS MANTRALAYA)”,—

(i) after entry 4, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:— “4A. (i) Overall coordination concerning bio-fuels;

(ii) National Policy on Bio-fuels;

(iii) marketing, distribution and retailing of bio-fuels and its blended products;

(iv) policy/scheme for supporting manufacturing of bio-fuels;

(v) blending and blending prescriptions for bio-fuels including laying down the standards for such blending;

(vi) setting up of a National Bio-fuel Development Board and strengthening the existing institutional mechanism; and

(vii) research, development and demonstration on transport, stationary and other applications of bio- fuels.”;

(ii) entry 5A shall be omitted.
