1. (1) इन िनयम( का संि34 नाम भारत सरकार (काय-- आबंटन) तीन सौ अठारहवां संशोधन िनयम, 2015 है ।
(2) ये तुरंत #वृ$ ह(गे ।
2. भारत सरकार (काय--आबंटन) िनयम, 1961 म;, ि"तीय अनुसूची म;, -
(1) “संचार और सूचना #ौ@ोिगकA मंBालय” शीष-क के अधीन, “ग. इलेD EॉिनकA और सूचना #ौ@ोिगकA िवभाग’’ उप-शीष-क के अधीन, #िविG 13 के पH चात, िन(cid:12)न िलिखत #िविG अंत:J थािपत कA जाएगी, अथा-त्:- “14. भारत िविशG पहचान #ािधकरण (यूआईडीएआई) ।”;
(2) ''िवOत मंBालय” शीष-क के अधीन, ''ख. P यय िवभाग’’’’’’’’ उप-शीष-क के अधीन, #िविG 13 का लोप (cid:4)कया जाएगा;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th September, 2015 S.O.2492(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,
namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Eighteenth Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE,-
(1) under the heading “MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SANCHAR AUR SOOCHANA PRAUDYOGIKI MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading, “C. DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (ELECTRONIKI AUR SOOCHANA PRAUDYOGIKI VIBHAG)”, after entry 13, the following entry shall be inserted,
namely:— “14. Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).”;
(2) under the heading “MINISTRY OF FINANCE (VITTA MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “B. DEPARTMENT OF EXPENDITURE (VYAYA VIBHAG)”, entry 13 shall be omitted;
(3) under the heading “NITI AAYOG (NATIONAL INSTITUTION FOR TRANSFORMING INDIA)”, in entry 1, item (ii) shall be omitted.

(आ) #िविG 21 और 23 का लोप (cid:4)कया जाएगा; (ग) भाग IV म;, #िविG 45, 47 और 51 का लोप (cid:4)कया जाएगा; (घ) भाग IV और उससे संबंिधत #िविGय( के पH चात्, िन(cid:12) निलिखत भाग और #िविGयां अंत:J थािपत कA जाएंगी, अथा-त्:- “भाग V
55. सूखे, ओलावृिG और नाशक जीव कु#भाव, शीत लहर और पाले के कारण फसल( के नुकसान और आवHयक राहत उपाय( को समVवय से संबंिधत मामले ।
56. सूखे के कारण मानव जीवन को होने वाली हािन से संबंिधत मामले ।
57. कृिष ऋण और ऋण_Jत ता ।
58. फसल बीमा।

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in the SECOND SCHEDULE,-
(1) under the heading “MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (KRISHI EVAM KISAN KALYAN MANTRALAYA), under sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, COOPERATION AND FARMERS WELFARE (KRISHI, SAHKARITA EVAM KISAN KALYAN VIBHAG)”,—
(a) in PART I, the entries 7, 8 and 9 shall be omitted;
(b) in PART III,-
(A) for the entry 19, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:— “19. Co-operation in agricultural sector”;
(B) the entries 21 and 23 shall be omitted;
(c) in PART IV, the entries 45, 47 and 51 shall be omitted;
(d) after PART IV and the entries relating thereto, the following PART and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “PART V
55. Matters relating to damage to crops and co-ordination of relief measures necessitated by drought, hailstorm and pest-attacks, cold wave and frost.
56. Matters relating to loss of human life due to drought.
57. Agricultural credit and indebtedness.
58. Crop Insurance.
59. Crop campaigns, crop competitions and farmers organisations including Farmer Producer Organisations.
60. Agricultural Schemes received from States and Union Territories for landless agricultural labour.
61. Setting up of agricultural markets in rural areas.
62. Warehousing in rural areas including rural godowns.
63. Schemes for welfare of farmers.”.
