1. (1) इन िनयम(cid:7298) का संि(cid:6979)(cid:7385) नाम भारत सरकार (काय(cid:6981)-आबंटन) तीन सौ ब(cid:7004)त ीसवां संशोधन िनयम, 2017 ह ै।

(2) ये तुरंत (cid:7079)वृ(cid:7275) ह(cid:7298)गे ।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th February, 2017 S.O.452(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,

namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Thirty Second Amendment Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in the SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (ELECTRONIKI AUR SOOCHANA PRAUDYOGIKI MANTRALAYA)”, after entry 2, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:— “2A. Promotion of Digital Transactions including Digital Payments.”.
