2. भारत सरकार (काय-, आबंटन) िनयम, 1961 म:,---- (क) #थम अनसु ूची म,: "49. नीित आयोग (रा(cid:15)ीय भारत पCरवत,न सं(cid:11)था)" शीष,क के पEात, िन- निलिखत शीषक, अंतः(cid:11)थािपत (cid:4)कया जाएगा, अथात, ::्::- "50. रा(cid:15)ीय सरु 5ा पCरषद सिचवालय ।";;;;

(ख) ि"तीय अनसु ूची म:, "नीित आयोग (रा(cid:15)ीय भारत पCरवत,न सं(cid:11)था)" शीष,क तथा तJसंबंधी #िविKय( के पEात, िन-न िलिखत शीष,क और #िविKयां अंतः(cid:11)थािपत कM जाएंगी, अथा,त::्::- "रा(cid:15)ीय सरु 5ा पCरषद सिचवालय

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th August, 2019 S.O. 2886(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,

namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Fifty First Amendment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,-

(a) in THE FIRST SCHEDULE, after the heading “49. NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India)”, the following heading shall be inserted, namely:- “50. National Security Council Secretariat (Rashtriya Suraksha Parishad Sachivalaya).”;

(b) in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, after the heading “NITI AAYOG (NATIONAL INSTITUTION FOR TRANSFORMING INDIA)” and the entries relating thereto, the following heading and entries shall be inserted,

namely :- “NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL SECRETARIAT (RASHTRIYA SURAKSHA PARISHAD SACHIVALAYA)

1. Secretariat of the National Security Council, chaired by the Prime Minister.

2. To assist the National Security Adviser, the Principal Adviser on National Security matters to the Prime Minister; and the National Security Council.”.
