NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th September, 2024 (Chartered Accountants) No. 54-EL(1)/11/2024.—In terms of the provisions of sub-rule (5) of Rule 16 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, it is notified for general information of the members at large that the Panel for enforcement of the Election Code of Conduct issued by the Returning Officer under sub-rule (1) of the aforesaid Rule
for the forthcoming elections to the Council and Regional Councils shall be composed of the following persons:-
