20.08.2026 और ददिांक 24.08.2026 (इसके बाद "उि सावविजिक सूचिा") के िुजिपत्र के क्रम म,ें महाजिदेिक जवदेि व्यापार एतद्द्वारा जिम्नजलजखत को अजधसूजचत करता ह:ै 6760 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.1] ग्रहण करि े की जस्ट्िजत

2. 10,00,000 मीट्ररक टि कच्ची चीिी के प्रिुल्क दर कोटा के संबंध म ें अजधसूचिा संख्या 31/2026-27 ददिांक

20.08.2026 के द्वारा अजधसूजचत, 7,97,450 मीट्ररक टि के आवेदि प्राप्त हुए और उि सावविजिक सूचिा के क्रम म ें आवंट्रटत दकए गए, िैसा दक सजमजत की ददिांक 28.08.2026 के कायववृत्त म ें दिव ह।ै टीआरक्यू स्ट्कीम के तहत आवंटि के जलए 2,02,550 मीट्ररक टि की िेष मात्रा उप लब्ध ह।ै िए आवदे ि आमजं त्रत दकए िात े ह:ैं

3. उि सावविजिक सूचिा के तहत जिधावट्ररत तरीके और प्रारूप म,ें पात्र जमलस व और ट्ररफाइिसव स े 2,02,550 मीट्ररक टि की िेष मात्रा के आवंटि के जलए आवेदि आमंजत्रत दकए िाते ह।ैं आवेदि ववंडो इस साविव जिक सचू िा के प्रकािि की तारीख स े 7 (सात) ददिों की अवजध के जलए खुली रहगे ी, जिसके दौराि आवेदि डीिीएफटी वेबसाइट (https://dgft.gov.in) → आयात प्रबंधि प्रणाली → टैट्ररफ रेट कोटा (टीआरक्यू) के माध्यम स े ऑिलाइि िमा दकए िा सकते ह।ैं आवटं ि तत्रं :

4. उि सावविजिक सूचिा के तहत एक बार दकए गए आवंटि स े जभन्न, िषे मात्रा का आवंटि दैजिक आधार पर दकया िाएगा, िैसा दक िीच े ददया गया ह:ै i. दकसी भी ददि िाम 5:30 बि े तक प्राप्त सभी आवेदिों को उस ददि के जलए एक बैच मािा िाएगा और अगल े काय व ददवस पर आवंटि के जलए उि पर एक साि कारववाई की िाएगी िो संवीक्षा और पात्रता के अध्यधीि होगी। ii. दकसी भी ददि िाम 5:30 बि े के बाद प्राप्त आवेदिों को अगल े ददि के बैच के साि ल े िाया िाएगा और िोडा िाएगा। iii. प्रत्येक ददि के बैच के संबंध म ेंआवंटि, िषे कोटा की उपलब्धता के अध्यधीि, स्ट्व-घोषणा के आधार पर, उस ददि की कुल मागं के क्रम म ें सख्ती स ेदकया िाएगा। कोटा की समाजप्त पर आिपु ाजतक आवटं ि:

5. यदद दकसी ददि के दौराि लागू संचयी मात्रा, जपछले ददि तक आवंट्रटत मात्रा के साि जमलाकर, उपलब्ध 2,02,550 मीट्ररक टि की िेष कोटा से अजधक हो िाती ह,ै तो आवंटि उस बैच के सभी आवेदकों के बीच, प्रत्येक आवेदक द्वारा लाग ू मात्रा के अिुपात म,ें आिपु ाजतक आधार पर दकया िाएगा।

6. बाद के ददिों म ें प्राप्त आवेदि, उस तारीख के बाद जिस पर पैरा 4 के अिुसार कोटा पूरी तरह स े समाप्त/आवंट्रटत हो गया ह,ै आवटं ि के जलए जवचार िहीं दकया िाएगा, और ऐसे आवदे कों को डीिीएफटी पोटवल के माध्यम स े तदिुसार सूजचत दकया िाएगा।

7. डीिीएफटी ऑिलाइि पोटवल पर दिव की गई िमा करिे की जतजि और टाइम स्ट्टैम्प यह तय करिे का आधार होगा दक आवेदि दकस ददि स े संबंजधत ह;ै कोई मिै ुअल या ऑफ़लाइि प्रस्ट्तुजत पर जवचार िहीं दकया िाएगा। अन्य ित ें:

8. सावविजिक सूचिा संख्या 27/2026-2027 ददिांक 20.08.2026 के तहत जिधावट्ररत अन्य सभी जिबंधि और ित,ें ददिांक 24.08.2026 के िुजिपत्र द्वारा यिा संिोजधत ह,ैं इस सावविजिक सूचिा के तहत दकए गए आवंटिों पर आवश्यक पट्ररवतविों के साि लाग ू रहगें ी।

SUBJECT: MODALITIES FOR APPLICATION AND ALLOCATION OF BALANCE QUANTITY UNDER TRQ SCHEME FOR IMPORT OF 10 LAKH MT OF RAW SUGAR– REG.

No. 01/89/180/43/AM-26/PC-2(A)/ [E-47338.—In continuation of Public Notice No. 27/2026- 2027 dated 20.08.2026, and the Corrigendum dated 24.08.2026 thereto (hereinafter "the said Public Notice"), issued in exercise of powers conferred under Paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, and pursuant to the Minutes of the Meeting dated 28.08.2026 of the Committee constituted for allocation of TRQ Sugar, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the following:

STATUS OF UPTAKE:

2. Against the Tariff Rate Quota of 10,00,000 MT of Raw Sugar notified vide Notification No.

31/2026-27 dated 20.08.2026, applications amounting to 7,97,450 MT were received and allocated pursuant to the said Public Notice, as recorded in the Minutes of the Committee dated 28.08.2026. A balance quantity of 2,02,550 MT remains available for allocation under the TRQ Scheme.

FRESH APPLICATIONS INVITED:

3. Applications are hereby invited from eligible millers and refiners, in the manner and format prescribed under the said Public Notice, for allocation of the balance quantity of 2,02,550 MT. The application window shall remain open for a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this Public Notice, during which applications may be submitted online through the DGFT website (https://dgft.gov.in) → Import Management System → Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ).

ALLOCATION MECHANISM:

4. Unlike the one-time allocation made under the said Public Notice, allocation of the balance quantity shall be made on a daily basis, as under: i All applications received up to 5:30 PM on a given day shall be treated as one batch for that day and processed together for allocation on the following working day, subject to scrutiny and eligibility ii. Applications received after 5:30 PM on a given day shall be carried over and clubbed with the batch of the next day.

iii. Allocation against each day's batch shall be made strictly in the order of aggregate demand for that day, on a self-declaration basis, subject to availability of balance quota.

PRO-RATA ALLOCATION ON EXHAUSTION OF QUOTA:

5. In the event the cumulative quantity applied for during a day, taken together with quantity already allocated till the preceding day, exceeds the available balance quota of 2,02,550 MT, the allocation shall be made on a pro-rata basis among all applicants of that batch, in proportion to the quantity applied for by each such applicant.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.1]

6. Applications received on subsequent days, after the date on which the quota stands fully exhausted/allocated in terms of para 4 above, shall not be considered for allocation, and such applicants shall be informed accordingly through the DGFT portal.

7. The date and time stamp of submission, as recorded on the DGFT online portal, shall be the basis for determining the day to which an application belongs; no manual or offline submission shall be considered.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

8. All other terms and conditions prescribed under Public Notice No. 27/2026-2027 dated

20.08.2026, as amended by the Corrigendum dated 24.08.2026, shall continue to apply mutatis mutandis to allocations made under this Public Notice.

9. DGFT reserves the right to amend, modify, relax or withdraw any provision of this Public Notice, as may be considered necessary, subject to the Foreign Trade Policy and applicable law.
