और उक्त अजधजनयम के अधीन राष्ट्रीय खेल बोडय का गठन अभी तक नहीं दकया गया ह;ै और राष्ट्रीय खेल बोडय के गठन के अभाव म,ें राष्ट्रीय खेल जनवाचय न पैनल की अजधसचू ना स े संबजं धत धारा 16 के उपबंधों को प्रभावी करने म ेंकरठनाई उत्पन्न हुई ह;ै अब, इसजलए, केंद्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय खेल िासन अजधजनयम, 2025 (2025 का 25) की धारा 38 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए, उपयुयक्त करठनाई को दरू करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती ह,ै अर्ायत ्:-

1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारंभ (1) इस आदेि का सजं िप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय खेल िासन (करठनाईयों का जनराकरण) आदेि, 2026 है। 6977 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

(2) यह रािपत्र म ेंइसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा।

2. राष्ट्रीय खेल िासन अजधजनयम, 2025 (2025 का 25) की धारा 16 के प्रयोिनों के जलए और िब तक उक्त अजधजनयम के अधीन राष्ट्रीय खेल बोडय का गठन नहीं हो िाता ह,ै केंद्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय खेल बोडय की जसफाररिों के जबना राष्ट्रीय खेल जनवायचन पैनल को अजधसूजचत कर सकेगी । [फा. स.ं 12-12 /2025 िासन-1] कुणाल, संयुक्त सजचव MINISTRY OF YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS (Department of Sports)

ORDER New Delhi, the 9th September, 2026 S.O. 5007(E).— Whereas, section 16 of the National Sports Governance Act, 2025 (25 of 2025) provides that the Central Government shall, on the recommendations of the National Sports Board, notify a National Sports Election Panel;

And whereas, the National Sports Board has not yet been constituted under the said Act;

And whereas, in the absence of the constitution of the National Sports Board, a difficulty has arisen in giving effect to the provisions of section 16 of the said act relating to the notification of the National Sports Election Panel;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the National Sports Governance Act, 2025 (25 of 2025), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the aforesaid difficulty, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) This Order may be called the National Sports Governance (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2026.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. For the purposes of section 16 of the National Sports Governance Act, 2025 (25 of 2025), and until the National Sports Board is constituted under the said Act, the Central Government may notify the National Sports Election Panel without the recommendations of the National Sports Board.
