NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st October, 2023 S.O. 4750(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) and clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), read with rule 3 and 7 of the National Legal Services Authority Rules, 1995, the Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, nominates the following Members to the National Legal Services Authority and for that purpose hereby makes the following further amendments in the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 582(E), dated the 13th August, 1997, namely :- In the said notification,-

(i) for serial numbers 5, 6 and 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:- “5. Hon'ble Dr. Justice S. Muralidhar, Former Chief Justice, Orissa High Court -Member
