In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub – section (1) and sub section (2) of section 2 of the Indian Tolls Act 1851 (Central Act VIII of 1851), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby levies tolls from 30.12.2025 to 14.06.2027 on the classes of Motor Vehicles specified in Column (2) of the table below which pass through the Dindigul – Kodaikanal Road, Palani - Kodaikanal Road and Cochin – Kodaikanal Road at Silver Cascade and next to Pillar rocks in between Pillar rock and Moyar point in Kodaikanal in Dindigul District at the rates specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) there of provided that such levy of tolls shall not be applicable to non – commercial motor vehicles owned by

the residents of Kodaikanal Municipal area:
