3490. Shri Rao Rajendra Singh:

Will the Minister of YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS be pleased to state:

(a) whether the Government will provide details of the sports infrastructure created, upgraded or augmented under the Khelo India Scheme since its inception and if so, the details thereof;

(b) whether the Government has assessed the utilization and impact of the infrastructure developed under the said Scheme and if so, the details thereof; and

(c) whether the Government has any details and the way by which the benefits of the said Scheme have reached rural youth, including access to sports facilities, training and opportunities and if so, the details thereof? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF YOUTH AFFAIRS & SPORTS [ DR. MANSUKH MANDAVIYA ]

(a) The details of the sports infrastructure sanctioned under Khelo India Scheme across the country are available in public domain on the

dashboard of the Ministry at https://mdsd.kheloindia.gov.in.

(b) A third-party evaluation of Khelo India Scheme has been conducted in respect of its implementation from 2021-22 to 2025-26. Details of the third-party evaluation are available on dashboard of this Ministry at

https://mdsd.kheloindia.gov.in/.

(c) The sports facilities supported under the Khelo India Scheme are available to all citizens of the country, including rural youth. The Page 1 of 2responsibility of operation and maintenance of these sports facilities rests with the grantee.
