Will the Minister of EARTH SCIENCES be pleased to state:
(a) the details of the total number of downloads and current active users of the Mausam GPT application, State-wise and district-wise particularly for Andhra Pradesh;
(b) whether the Government has conducted any study or survey to assess user awareness and adoption of Mausam GPT particularly in rural areas and if so, the details and the findings thereof;
(c) the details of the funds spent and awareness programmes conducted to promote Mausam GPT in rural and remote areas, State-wise and year-wise particularly for Andhra Pradesh;
(d) whether user feedback is being systematically collected and analysed and if so, the mechanism adopted and major improvements made based on such feedback; and
(e) the details of any technical glitches, data accuracy issues or service disruptions reported in the operation of the application and the corrective steps taken by the Government in this regard? (a) At present, the Mausam Generative Pre-trained Transformer (Mausam GPT) is not operational. However, the India Meteorological Department (IMD), under the Ministry, has developed a public-friendly website (https://mausam.imd.gov.in/) and mobile apps for the dissemination of weather-related warnings, such as the MAUSAM App for weather forecasting and warnings, MEGHDOOT App for agro met services, DAMINI App (developed by the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology) for lightning warning, and UMANG App (developed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) for Weather forecasting and warnings.
(b)-(d) The India Meteorological Department conducted a survey to assess the usefulness of its readily available products and services for specific sectors, including agro- meteorological advisory services for farmers and nowcasting services for the general public. Based on the survey findings, a report has been prepared and released. The

(e) Since Mausam GPT is not yet operational, it is not applicable. *****
