Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state:

(a) the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) parks notified and operational since 2019, year-wise, State-wise and district-wise in Andhra Pradesh, particularly Prakasam district;

(b) the number of MSME units established and assisted through such parks, since 2019, year-wise, State-wise and district-wise in Andhra Pradesh, indicating the category of enterprises (Micro, Small and Medium);

(c) the list of Central Government schemes and initiatives specifically aimed at promoting women entrepreneurs and women-led MSMEs, along with the assistance provided in Andhra Pradesh;

(d) the number of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) signed with industry associations and other stakeholders under such initiatives, along with the outcomes achieved in Andhra Pradesh, district wise; and

(e) the number of women-led MSMEs assisted under such schemes and initiatives since 2024, State-wise and district-wise details for Andhra Pradesh, particularly Prakasam district, along with the nature of assistance provided? (a) and (b): Micro and Small Enterprises Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP) is a demand driven Central Sector Scheme wherein, State/UTs Governments send proposals as per common needs of existing cluster in their respective States/UTs. This scheme aims to enhance the productivity and competitiveness of MSEs for their holistic development by adopting cluster approach. The Government provides financial assistance to establish Common Facility Centres (CFCs) in existing clusters and establish infrastructure facilities in new / up-grade the existing Industrial Areas / Estates /Flatted Factory Complex. The number of Infrastructure Development (ID) projects approved under MSE-CDP since 2019, year-wise, State-wise and district-wise in Andhra Pradesh, including Prakasam district and the number of MSEs units assisted / to be assisted is appended below:

(c) to (e): The Government is implementing several schemes and programmes for credit support, technology upgradation, skill development and market linkages for the MSMEs across the country, including in the state of Andhra Pradesh and its district Prakasam. These inter alia include Credit Guarantee Scheme (CGS), Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP), Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme (ESDP).

The details of assistance extended to women entrepreneurs and women-led MSMEs since 2024 in the state of Andhra Pradesh including Prakasam District (various schemes wise of the Ministry) is
