PARLIAMENT QUESTION: PERFORMANCE OF CPGRAMS प्रव तथ: 13 AUG 2026 1:26PM by PIB Delhi The Ministry/Department wise details of grievances received, disposed of and pending on the CPGRAMS portal during FY 2023-24 to FY 2025-26 is enclosed at Annexure-I.

The Comprehensive Guidelines for Effective Redressal of Public Grievances issued on 23rd August 2024 advises the grievance redressal timelines of 21 days. The details of Ministry/Department wise average disposal time in the year 2025-26 are enclosed at Annexure-II.

To independently assess the citizen satisfaction on grievance resolution on CPGRAMS, a Feedback Call Centre is operational since July 2022.

This information was given by the Minister of State (Ind. Charge) Science & Technology; Earth Sciences and Minister of State PMO; Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions; Department of Atomic Energy and Space Dr. Jitendra Singh in a written reply in Rajya Sabha today.
