section-67 of the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993 (Guj.18 of 1993), Gujarat Panchayats Election President of Taluka Panchayat(Manner of Allotment Reserve Offices of President by Rotation) Rules, 1994 and amendment Rules, 2017 in said Rule-10 “in every immediately succeeding election for the president held been accordance with the provisions of the Act”, conferred on me under Government Notification of Panchayats and Rural Housing Department No. KP/223 of 1994-DEL-1094-1850(ii)-J dated 6th October 1994, I Hitesh Koya, IAS Development Commissioner, Gujarat State hereby in respect of Mahisagar District in Gujarat State.
