NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 11th May, 2026 (The right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013)

Dist : KUTCH No. AM-M-2026-443-LKU-292024-1763-GH:- Whereas the Government of Gujarat, vide its Notification No. AM-M- 2025-296-LKU-292024-1763-GH, Date:-12.05.2025 issued under section-11(1) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 has notified that total land H.A. 05-52-93 sq.mt of Village: Chher Nani, Ta. Lakhapat, Dist. Kutch is needed for the public purpose of " Construction of Infrastructure Development by GMDC.".

The Government of Gujarat, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of period of the aforesaid notification u/s 11(1) of the Act ,In exercise of the powers conferred by provision to section- 19(7) of The Right to fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, hereby extend the period of 12 (twelve) months to the aforesaid notification u/s 11(1) of the act, publication of the declaration under section-19(1) of the act. The period of 12 (twelve) months will be effective from the date of

12.05.2026.

સદરહ કાયદાની કલમ-૧૧(૧)ના સદરહ જાહેરનામાની અમલવારીનો સમય લાંબાવવા માટેના વ્યાજબીપણાને સમથવન આપતાાં પુરતા કારણો અસ્સ્તત્વ ધરાવે છે તેવો અચિપ્રાય થતો હોવાથી, જમીન સાંપાદન, પનુ :સ્થાપન અને પનુ વવસનમાાં વાજબી વળતર અન ે પારદચશવતાનો અચધકાર અચધચનયમ, ૨૦૧૩ની કલમ-૧૯(૭)ની જોગવાઈથી મળેલ સિાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સરકાર આ કાયદાની કલમ-૧૯(૧) હેઠળ પ્રચસદ્ધ કરવાના જાહેરનામા માટે સદરહું કાયદાની કલમ-૧૧(૧)નાાં જાહેરનામાની મુદ્દત વધુ ૧૨(બાર) મચહના સુધી વધારી આપ ે છે. આ બાર મચહનાનો સમયગાળો તા.૧૨.૦૫.૨૦૨૬થી ગણવાનો રહેશે.
