NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 10th March, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013) No. AM-M-2026-265-LAL-142024-1056-CH :- Whereas The State Government by its Notification NO. AM-M-2025-154- LAL-142024-1056-CH, Dated: 12-03-2025 issued under section section-19(1) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 has notified in said notification that land bearing survey number/Block no. of Village: Pratappara, Ta-Amreli, Dist.Amreli is needed for the public purpose of Amreli Ring Road (Nana Machiyala-Radheshyam Chokadi) Project.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section-25 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, The Government of Gujarat hereby extend the Period from the date of 12-03-2026 to 1(one) Year for declaring final notification under section-23 of the said act.

જમીન સુંપાદન, પન :સ્થાપન અને પ નવચસવાટમાું વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદચશચતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ ની કલમ-૨૫ થી અપાયેલ સત્તાની રૂએ અને આ અગું ે અચધકૃત કરતી બીજી તમામ સત્તાની રૂએ ગ જરાત સરકાર આ કાયદાની કલમ-૨૩ હેઠળ બહાર પાડવાના થતાું જાહેરનામાની મદ ત ૧૨ મચહના સ ધી વધારી આપે છે. બાર મચહનાનો સમયગાળો તા.૧૨/૦૩/૨૦૨૬ થી ગણવાનો રહેશ.ે ગ જરાતના રાજ્યપાલશ્રીના હુકમથી અને તેમના નામે, પ્રેરક જે. પટેલ, સરકારના નાયબ સચિવ.
