NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 12th May, 2026 The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013

District: SURAT No: AM-M-2026-454-LSU-142024-1325-GH:- Whereas the state Government by its notification No. AM-M-2025- 347-LSU-142024-1325-GH, Dated-30/05/2025 issued under section-19(1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 has notified

that the land bearing Survey Numbers shown in SCHEDULE of village:- Bagumara, Ta:- Palsana, Dist.:-Suart is needed for the public purpose namely "Construction of R.O.B with approach in Lieu of L.C.No.16 at Karan-Sanki-Bagumara Road to Surat Dhuliya Road” The Government of Gujarat, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of period of the aforesaid notification u/s 19(1) of the Act, In exercise of the powers conferred by provision to section-25 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, The Government of Gujarat hereby extend the period of 12 (twelve) months to the aforesaid notification of 19(1) of the Act, for pronouncement of an Award under section-23 of the Act. The period of 12 (twelve) months will be effective from the date of Date.30/05/2026.

સદરહું કાયદાની કલમ-૧૯(૧)ના સદરહું જાહેરનામાની અમલવારીનો સમય લાંબાવવા માટેનાાં વ્યાજબીપણાને સમથવન આપતા ાં પુરતા ાં કારણો અસ્સ્તત્વ ધરાવે છે, તેવો અચિપ્રાય થતો હોવાથી જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનવવસવાટમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્વકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ ની કલમ-૨૫ થી અપાયેલ સત્તાની રૂએ અને આ અાંગે અચધકૃત કરતી બીજી તમામ સત્તાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સરકાર આ કાયદાની કલમ-૨૩ હેઠળ જાહેર કરવાના થતા ાં એવોડવ માટેની મુદ્દત વધ ુ ૧૨(બાર) માસ સુધી વધારી આપે છે. બાર મચહનાનો સમયગાળો તા.૩૦/૦૫/૨૦૨૬થી ગણવાનો રહેર્ે.
