No. GVS/1173/Leg-1/2(9)/4006:- The following order of the Governor of Gujarat, dated the 31st August, 2026

is published for general information:- "In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I, Acharya Devvrat, Governor of Gujarat hereby rescind the Order dated the 3rd August, 2026 thereby summoning the Gujarat Legislative Assembly to meet at the Assembly Hall, Gandhinagar at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, the 8th September, 2026 and hereby summon the Gujarat Legislative Assembly to meet at the Assembly Hall, Gandhinagar at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, the 9th September, 2026.
