NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 12th October, 2026 GUJARAT LIVE-STOCK FEED, POULTRY FEED AND MINERAL MIXTURE (REGULATION OF PRODUCTION, STORAGE, DISTRIBUTION, SALE AND QUALITY CONTROL) ACT, 2026.
No. GHKH/113/2026/ACD/PMR/e-file/2/2024/0039/P1 Section - AH Schemes-PF1:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Gujarat Live-stock Feed, Poultry Feed and Mineral Mixture (Regulation of Production, Storage, Distribution, Sale and Quality Control) Act, 2026 (Guj. 10 of 2026) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints the 12th October, 2026 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
