NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 07th September, 2026 GUJARAT PROHIBITION OF TRANSFER OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AND PROVISION FOR PROTECTION OF TENANTS FROM EVICTION FROM PREMISES IN DISTURBED AREAS ACT, 1991.

(2) of section 1 of the The Gujarat Prohibition of Transfer of Immovable Property and Provision for Protection of Tenants from Eviction from Premises in Disturbed Areas (Amendment) Act, 2026 (Gujarat Act No. 9 of 2026) the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints the 15th September, 2026 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
