NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 20th July, 2026 GUJARAT STAMP ACT, 1958.
No. GHM/2026/127/M/RD/GSA/e-file/15/2026/4656/H1 (Stamps): In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of section 2 of the Gujarat Stamp Act, 1958 (Bom. LX of 1958), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints the Officer specified in column (2) of the Annexure appended hereto to be the "Collector" in respect of the areas of jurisdiction specified in column (3) thereto for the purposes of sections 31 (to determine true market value of the property and proper duty payable on the instruments specified in section 32A), 32A, Chapter IV and section 68 of the said Act, as follows,- ANNEXURE Sr. No. Designated Officer with his Head Quarter of the Office Areas of Jurisdiction
