PART IV-B Rules and Orders (Other than those published in Part I, I-A and I-L) made by the Government of Gujarat under the Gujarat Acts. કૃષિ, ખેડૂત કલ્યાણ અને સહકાર ષિભાગ અષિસૂચના સચિવાલય, ગાાંધીનગર, ૧૮મી ઓગસ્ટ, ૨૦૨૬ ક્રમાાંકઃ- GHKH/90/2026/ACD/AMR/e-file/2/2023/2503/KH: ગુજરાત સહકારી માંડળી અચધચનયમ, ૧૯૬૧ની કલમ-૧૬૧ હેઠળ પ્રાપ્ત થયેલ સત્તાચધકારની રૂએ, આથી શ્રી માાંડવી ચવભાગ સહકારી ખાાંડ ઉદ્યોગ માંડળી લી.મુાં. વડોદ, તા. માાંડવી, ચજ. સુરતને ગુજરાત સહકારી માંડળીઓ અચધચનયમ-૧૯૬૧ની કલમ-૮૧ની જોગવાઇના અમલમાાંથી તા.૦૯/૦૬/૨૦૨૬ થી તા.૦૮/૦૬/૨૦૨૯ સુધી ત્રણ વર્ષ માટે અથવા નવી વ્યવસ્થાપક કચમટીની િ ાંટણી થાય તયાાં સુધી અથવા અન્ય હુકમ થાય તયાાં સુધી, એ પૈકી જે વહેલુાં હોય તયાાં સુધી વચહવટી કચમટીની મુદત લાંબાવવાની આથી માંજ રી આપવામાાં આવે છે.
