Notice is hereby given that: -

1. An election is to be held of a member to the Gujarat Legislative Assembly in the 111- Umreth Constituency;

2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of his proposers to the Returning Officer, 111- Umreth Legislative Assembly Constituency and District Supply Officer, Anand at Meeting Hall, First Floor, Taluka Seva Sadan (Mamlatdar Office) Umreth, Ta. Umreth, Dist. Anand or to the Assistant Returning Officer, 111- Umreth Legislative Assembly Constituency and Mamlatdar, Umreth, Ta. Umreth, Dist. Anand at Meeting Hall, First Floor, Taluka Seva Sadan (Mamlatdar Office) Umreth, Ta. Umreth, Dist. Anand between 11 A.M. and 3 P.M. on any day (other than public holiday) not later than the 06th April, 2026 (Monday);

3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid;

4. The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at the Office of the Returning Officer, 111- Umreth Legislative Assembly Constituency and District Supply Officer, Anand at Meeting Hall, First Floor, Taluka Seva Sadan (Mamlatdar Office) Umreth, Ta. Umreth, Dist. Anand on 07th April, 2026 (Tuesday) at 11 A.M;

5. Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office before 3 P.M. on the 9th April, 2026 (Thursday);

6. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 23rd April, 2026 (Thursday) between the hours of 7 A.M. and 6 P.M.

(૩) નામાૂંકન પત્રનાૂં ફોમમ ઉપર દશામવેલ સ્થળે અને સમયે મળી શકશે; (૪) નામાૂંકન પત્રોની ચકાસણી ચ ૂંટણી અનધકારી, ૧૧૧-ઉમરેઠ નવધાનસભા મતદાર નવભાગ અને નજલ્લા પુરવઠા અનધકારી, આણૂંદ, નજ. આણૂંદ, નમટીંગ હોલ, પ્રથમ માળ, તાલુકા સેવા સદન (મામલતદાર કચેરી) ઉમરેઠ, તા. ઉમરેઠ, નજ. આણૂંદ ખાતે તા. ૦૭મી એનપ્રલ, ૨૦૨૬ (મૂંગળવાર)ના રોજ સવારના ૧૧ વાગ્યે હાથ ધરવામાૂં આવશે;

(૫) ઉમેદવાર કે તેના નામની દરખાસ્ત મ કનાર પૈકીની કોઇ એક વ્યનિ કે તેના ચ ૂંટણી એજન્ટ પૈકી જેઓને આ નોટીસ ૫હોંચતી કરવા ઉમેદવારે નલનખતરૂપે અનધકૃત કયામ હોય તેવા તેઓ ઉમેદવારી પાછી ખેંચવા અૂંગને ી નોટીસ ઉપરના ફકરા-(૨) માૂં દશામવલે અનધકારીઓમાૂંથી ગમે તે એક અનધકારીને તેમની કચેરીમાૂં તા. ૦૯મી એનપ્રલ, ૨૦૨૬ (ગુરૂવાર)ના રોજ બપોરના ૩ વાગ્યા પહેલા ૂં પહોંચાડી શકશે;
