BY THE HIGH COURT OF GUJARAT AT AHMEDABAD

NOTIFICATION No.C.2002/93 The Honourable the Chief Justice and Judges of this High Court have been pleased to make the following amendment in The Gujarat High Court Rules, 1993 :-

1. Short title and commencement:-

(i) These rules shall be called “The Gujarat High Court (Amendment) Rules, 2026.” (No.2 of 2026).

(ii) They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Insert the following paragraph as sub-rule (iv), after sub-rule (iii), in Rule 149, under Chapter-XIII : “ (iv) All applications for E-Certified Copies of Judgments and/or Orders shall be submitted online through the prescribed mode available on the respective portal of this High Court. Such E-Certified Copies of Judgments and/or Orders shall be delivered free of cost preferably within two working days.” SANJAY D. SUTHAR,
