FORM 1 (See rule 3) NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that -

(1) An election is to be held of a member to the Gujarat Legislative Assembly in the 145-Manjalpur Legislative Assembly Constituency;

(2) Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or any of his proposers to the Returning Officer or to Mamlatdar Vadodara City (South), Vadodara, Assistant Returning Officer, at Office of the Deputy Collector (Land Reforms), Room No.20, first floor, Collector Office, O.P. Road, Diwalipura, Vadodara between 11 A.M.

and 3 P.M. on any day (other than public holiday) not later than the Date:13/07/2026 (Monday);

(3) Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid;

(4) Nomination paper will be taken up for scrutiny at Room No.60/1, Conference hall, second floor, Collector Office, O.P.Road, Diwalipura, Vadodara on Date:14/07/2026 (Tuesday) at 11 A.M.;

(5) Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office before 3 P. M. on the Date.16/07/2026 (Thursday);

(6) In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on Date:30/07/2026 (Thursday) between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

(૨) ઉમેદવાર કે તેમના નામની દરખાસ્ત મ કનાર પૈકી કોઇ એક વ્યકકત ચ ૂંટણી અનધકારીને અથવા મામલતદાર વડોદરા શહેર (દનિણ), વડોદરા, મદદનીશ ચ ૂંટણી અનધકારીને નાયબ કલેક્ટર (જમીન સુધારણા)ની કચેરી, રૂમ નૂં.૨૦, પહેલો માળ, કલેક્ટર કચેરી, ઓ.પી. રોડ, કદવાળીપુરા, વડોદરા ખાતે મોડામાૂં મોડુૂં તા.૧૩/૦૭/૨૦૨૬ (સોમવાર) સુધીમાૂં કોઈપણ કદવસે (જાહેર રજાના કદવસ નસવાય) સવારના ૧૧ વાગ્યાથી બપોરના ૩ વાગ્યા સધુ ીમાૂં નામાૂંકન પત્રો પહોંચાડી શકશે;

(૩) નામાૂંકન પત્રનાૂં ફોમમ ઉપર દશામવેલ સ્થળે અને સમયે મળી શકશે; (૪) નામાૂંકન પત્રોની ચકાસણી રૂમ ન.ૂં૬૦/૧, કોન્ફરન્સ હોલ, બીજો માળ, કલેક્ટર કચેરી, ઓ.પી. રોડ, કદવાળીપુરા, વડોદરા ખાત ે તા.૧૪/૦૭/૨૦૨૬ (મૂંગળવાર)ના રોજ સવારે ૧૧ વાગ્યે હાથ ધરવામાૂં આવશે;

(૫) ઉમેદવાર કે તેના નામની દરખાસ્ત મ કનાર પૈકીની કોઇ એક વ્યનિ ક ે તેના ચ ૂંટણી એજન્ટ પૈકી જેઓને આ નોટીસ પહોંચતી કરવા ઉમેદવારે નલનખતરૂપે અનધકૃત કયામ હોય તેવા તેઓ ઉમેદવારી પાછી ખેંચવા અૂંગેની નોકટસ ઉપરના ફકરા-(૨) માૂં દશામવેલ અનધકારીઓમાૂંથી ગમે તે એક અનધકારીને તેમની કચેરીમાૂં તા.૧૬/૦૭/૨૦૨૬ (ગુરુવાર) ના રોજ બપોરના ૩ વાગ્યા પહેલાૂં પહોંચાડી શકશ;ે (૬) ચ ૂંટણી લડાશે તો મતદાન તા.૩૦/૦૭/૨૦૨૬ (ગુરુવાર) ના રોજ સવારના ૭:૦૦ કલાક થી સાૂંજના ૬:૦૦ કલાક વચ્ચે થશે.
