GUJARAT ACT NO. 3 OF 2026. (First published, after having received the assent of the Governor, in the “Gujarat Government Gazette”, on the 11th February, 2026).

AN ACT to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat for the services of the financial year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2026.

It is hereby enacted in the Seventy-seventh Year of the Republic of India as

follows: -

1. This Act may be called the Gujarat (Supplementary) Appropriation Act, 2026. Short title.
