The affairs of the K.K.H-7, Aringar Anna Primary Handloom Weaver Co-operative Production & Sales Society Ltd.
In Kalkulam Taluk. Kanyakumari District, which were ordered to be wound up under section 85(2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. 53 of 1961 are finally closed and the registration of the above society is here by cancelled under section 140 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 30 of 1983.

Whereas, it appears to the appropriate Government that a total of 6.66.40 hectares of land is required in the Malaipatti Village in Ottapidaram Taluk in Thoothukudi District for a public purpose, namely construction of a new canal connecting the Uppar Odai in Malaipatti Village to the Ottapidaram Periyakulam.

The number of families likely to be resettled due to land acquisition is Nil Mines of coal, Iron-stone, slate, or other minerals lying in the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land being acquired, are not needed.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Periyapatti Village, S.F.Nos. 59/5 shall be deleted.
Against the entry I Residential use zone Periyapatti Village, S.F.Nos. 59/5 shall be added.

Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into Commercial use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.272 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)) Department dated: 01.07.2024 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the reconsented Master Plan of Tirunelveli Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms. No.224 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated: 13.10.2010. Notification No.VI(1)/387/2010 at page No.346 of Part VI—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17.11.2010.
Variation In the reconsented Tirunelveli Master Plan, in the land use Schedule under the heading in Agricultural use zone and Commercial use zone in Keelaveeraragavapuram Village at Page no.274, with regard to the S.F.Nos: 167, the following entries should be made.
1. Under the sub heading use zone in the Survey numbers against the entry "Commercial zone" the following expression S.F.No. 167/1, measuring 1200 Sq.m Sq.m.(0.30 Acre) shall be inserted.
2. Under the sub heading use zone, in the Survey numbers against the entry "Agricultural zone" the expression S.F.No: 167 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No:167 (Except 167/1) measuring 1200 Sq.m.(0.30 Acre) shall be detected.
