NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th March, 2015 S.O. 833(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,

namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Thirteenth Amendment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 2015.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (SWASTHYA AUR PARIVAR KALYAN MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (SWASTHYA AUR PARIVAR KALYAN VIBHAG)” —

(i) after entry 15, the following entry shall be inserted, namely: — “15 A. Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana.”;

(ii) for entry 16, the following entry shall be substituted, namely,— “16. All Matters relating to-

(a) Grants to Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute (under Delhi University).

(b) Grants to Indian Red Cross Society.

(c) Spas and Health resorts.

(d) National Board of Examination.

(e) Chittaranjan National Cancer Research Centre.

(f) All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

(g) All India Institute of Speech and Hearing.

(h) Pasteur Institute of India.

(i) Physiotherapy Training Centre, King Edward Memorial Hospital.

(j) National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences.

(k) Hospital Services Consultancy Corporation Limited.”.
