NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd May, 2015 S.O. 1200(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Fourteenth Amendment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE,—

(a) under the heading “MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT (SHRAM AUR ROZGAR MANTRALAYA)”, entries 10 and 15 shall be omitted;

(b) under the heading “MINISTRY OF MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (SUKSHMA LAGHU AUR MADHYAM UDYAM MANTRALAYA)”, in entry 12, items

(ii) and (iii) shall be omitted;

(c) under the heading “MINISTRY OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP (KAUSHAL VIKAS AUR UDYAMSHILTA MANTRALAYA)”,

(i) for entry 10, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:— “10. Large scale Skill Development related to Information Technology and computer education.”;

(ii) after entry 13 and the items relating thereto, the following entries shall be inserted,

namely:— “14. Skilling for entrepreneurship development for Science and Technology.

15. (i) National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development, NOIDA.

(ii) Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Guwahati.”.
