सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभाग मादाम कामा मार्ग, हुतात्मा राजगुरु चौक, मंत्रालय, मुंबई ४०० ०३२. दिनांक २७ फेबफ्ेरब्वरुावाररीी, २०२६. अधिसूचना महाराष्ट्र मोटार वाहन कर अधिनियम. क्रमांक खाक्षेस-२०१९/प्र.क्र.२७/रस्ते-९अ.-- महाराष्ट्र मोटार वाहन कर अधिनियम, (१९५८ चा ६५) यांच्या कलम-२० ची पोट-कलमे (१-अ), (१-ब), (१-क), (१-ड) आणि (१-इ) RSM करण्यात आलेल्या आणि त्याला समर्थनीय करणाऱ्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे घोषित करते को, खालील अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (२) मध्ये विनिर्दीष्ट केलेल्या प्रकाराच्या मोटार वाहनांवर आणि वाहनांकडून ओढून नेल्या जाणाऱ्या अनुयानांवर, खाजगीकरणाच्या माध्यमातून “बांधा, वापरा व हस्तांतरीत करा (बी.ओ.टी.)” या तत्वावर सायन पनवेल विशेष राज्यमार्ग किलोमीटर १४०/१९० (बीएआरसी जंक्शन) ते किलोमिटर ११५/१८० (कळंबोली जंक्शन) या रस्त्यावरील अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (३) मध्ये त्यांच्या समोर विनिर्दीष्ट केलेल्या दराने दिनांक ०१.०३.२०२६ ते दिनांक ३१.०३.२०२६ पर्यंतच्या कालावधीसाठी सदर रस्त्यावरील किलोमीटर ११८/०२५ (कामोठे पुण्याकडे) ब किलोमीटर ११९/४७५ (कोपरा-मुंबईकडील दिशेने ) येथे बांधण्यात आलेल्या पथकर वसुली स्थानकावर पथकर शुल्क वसुली करण्यात येत आहे.

२ | मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ५९ ) मध्ये नमुद केल्याप्रमाणे हलकी मोटार वाहने- अ) कार, जीप, टाटासुमो, कमांडर, ट्रॅक्स, वाहनचालक वगळून सहा आसनी प्रवासी रिक्षा व इतर तत्सम (चालक वगळून १२ पर्यंत प्रवासी क्षमता पथकर नाही असलेली ) वाहने;

ब) मिनी बस किंवा तत्सम वाहने (चालक वगळून १२ पेक्षा जास्त पण 32 प्रवासी क्षमते पर्यंत) आणि क्र. ३, ४ व ५ येथे नमुद केलेल्या ११०.०० वाहनांव्यतिरिक्‍्त मालवाहतूक करणारी वाहने.

0,00 ५ | मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ मध्ये व्याख्या केल्याप्रमाणे व अनुक्रमांक ३ व ४ केलेली x9 वाहने आसांची ७००.०० मध्ये नमुद केलेली वाहने वगळून ३ पेक्षा अधिक आसांची वाहने. उदा. ट्रक-ट्रेलर टिपः- १) खालील वाहनांना पथकरातुन सुट देण्यात येईल.

(१) भारताचे राष्ट्रपती, उपराष्ट्रपती, राज्यांचे राज्यपाल व वाहनांना लाल दिवा अनुज्ञेय असलेल्या अतिमहत्वाच्या लोकप्रतिनीधींची वाहने. (२) लोकसभा व राज्यसभेचे विद्यमान सदस्य तसेच महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा व महाराष्ट्र विधानपरिषदेचे विद्यमान सदस्य प्रवास करीत असलेली वाहने.

(३) महाराष्ट्र विधान सभा व महाराष्ट्र विधान परिषदेचे माजी सदस्य ब लोकसभा व राज्यसभेचे माजी सदस्य. (४) केंद्र व राज्य शासनाची वाहने (५) लष्कराच्या मालकीची वाहने. (६) पोलीस विभागाची वाहने. (७) टपाल आणि तार खात्याची वाहने.

(८) रुग्ण वाहीका. (९) शव वाहीका. (१०) अग्निशमन दलाची वाहने.

(22) महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ते वाहतूक महामंडळाच्या (एसटी ) प्रवासी बसेस. (१२) स्कूल बसेस. (१३) तळोजा एम.आय.डी.सी. कडून येणाऱ्या रस्त्यावरील सर्व प्रकारची वाहने.महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग VTS, कंब्रुवारी २७, २०२६/फाल्गुन ८ शके १९४७ AY २) पथकर दराचा फलक पथकर नाक्यावर सर्वांना दिसेल अशा पध्दतीने लावण्यात यावा. तसेच वाहन धारकांस प्रत्येक वेळी पथकर शुल्क वसुलीची संगणकिकृत पावती देण्यात यावी.

3) सर्व पथकर नाक्यांवर सर्वांना दिसेल अशा पध्दतीने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माहिती फलक लावण्यात यावा ४) पथकर शुल्काच्या दरामध्ये खालील प्रमाणे सूट देण्यात येईल:-

(2) पथकराच्या ५० कुपन्सची पुस्तिका आगावू खरेदी करणार्‍यास पुस्तिकेच्या किंमतीमध्ये ९० cach सवलत देण्यात येईल

(2) पथकराच्या १०० कुपन्सची पुस्तिका आगावू खरेदी करणार्‍यास पुस्तिकेच्या किंमतीमध्ये २० टक्के सबलत देण्यात येईल.

NO (३) वारंवार प्रवास करणाऱ्या वाहनांसाठी परतीच्या प्रवासाचे व दैनिक पासाचे दर हे त्या वाहनाच्या एकेरी प्रबास दराच्या अनुक्रमे दीडपट व अडीच पट राहतील. परतीच्या प्रवासाचा पास व दैनिक पास हा ज्या दिवशी पास काढला जाईल त्या दिवशीच्या रावी ९२.०० वाजेपर्यंत ग्राह्य राहील.

(४) मासिक पासाचे दर एकेरी प्रवास दराच्या ५० पट राहतील. (५) मासिक पास काढलेल्या दिनांका पासून ३० दिवस वेध राहील. ७५) वरील दर्शविलेल्या रस्त्यावरील किलोमीटर ११८/०२५ (कामोठे पण्याकडे) व किलोमीटर ee vou ( कोपरा-मंबईकडील दिशेने ) येथे बांधण्यात आलेल्या पथकर वसली स्थानकावर पथकर शल्क गोळा करण्याचा व पथकर शुल्काची संपर्ण रक्‍कम ठेऊन घेण्याचा हक्क कार्यकारी अधियंता, बहुमजली इमारत बांधकाम विभाग, चेंखूर, ders यांना प्रदान करण्यात आला उह महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या आदेशानुसार व नावाने, प्रज्ञा वाळके, शासनाचे उपसचिव.

NOTIFICATION MAHARASHTRA MOTOR VEHICLES TAx ACT.

No.PSP-2019/C.R.27/Road-9a.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A), (1-B), (1-C), 1-D) and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the toll shall be levied on the classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto and on the trailors drawn by such motor vehicles, passing over the section Sion-Panvel Special State Highway in kilometre 140/190 (BARC Junction) to kilometre 115/180 (Kalamboli Junction) constructed under the “Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Scheme” at the rates specified against each of the said motor vehicles in column (3) of the said Schedule, with effect from the 01.03.2026 up to 31.03.2026, at the toll collection center constructed at kilometer 118/025 (near Kamothe towards Pune) and 119/475 (Kopra towards Mumbai) on the said Road.

Trucks (two axles), Buses. 200.00 Heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger motor vehicle defined in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988(59 of 1988), such

350.00 as three axle vehicles except vehicles covered at the entries at serial number 3 above.

Notes:-

1. The following types of vehicles are exempted from payment of toll, namely:-

(i) VVIP vehicles carrying President of India, Vice-President of India, Governor of State, Public Representatives entitled for red lamp on their vehicles.

Gi) Vehicles carrying sitting Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council.

Gil) Vehicles carrying Ex-Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council. iv) Buses of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST).

(v) School Buses.

(vi) State and Central Government vehicles.

(vii) Defence vehicles.

(viii) Police Department vehicles.

Gx) Post and Telegraph Department vehicles.

(x) Ambulances.

(xi) Hearses.

(xii) Fire fighting vehicles.

(xii) All vehicles coming from Taloja MIDC road.

2. The above-mentioned rates shall be displayed on boards clearly visible to the people in the vicinity of the toll collection centres. A computerised toll receipt shall be issued on each and every occasion of recovery of toll.

3. Electronic Display Board clearly visible to the people shall be installed in vicinity of toll collection centres.

4, Concessions in rates of toll are as given below, namely:-

(Z) Ten per cent. rebate will be given to the purchaser of booklet containing fifty coupons in advance.

(ii) Twenty per cent. rebate will be given to the purchaser of a booklet containing hundred coupons in advance.

(iii) For frequently traveling vehicles, return and daily pass will be 1.5 times and 2.5 times of their respective one way travel rates. Return journey pass and daily pass will be valid up to 12.00 hours at midnight for the day of issuing the pass.

(iv) Rate of monthly pass will be fifty times of their respective one-way travel rates.

(v) | The monthly pass will be effective till thirty days from the date of issue.

5. For the purpose of this notification, Executive Engineer, Multistoreyed Building Construction Division, Chembur, Mumbai is authorised to collect and retain the amount of toll at toll collection centre situated at kilometer 118/025 (near Kamothe towards Pune) and 119/475 (Kopra towards Mumbai) on the Sion-Panvel Special State Highway for above mentioned period.
