(Emergency) Regulations 2025(a) (“the principal Regulations”).
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016(b).
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (London Southend Airport) (Emergency) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into force with immediate effect.
Restricted airspace
2.—(1) The principal Regulations are amended as follows.
(2) In the regulation 2, for “2,000” substitute “3,500”.
