S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2025 No. 908 CIVIL AVIATION The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (London Southend Airport) (Emergency) (Revocation) Regulations 2025 Made - - - - at 6.00 p.m. on 17th July 2025 Coming into force with immediate effect The Secretary of State has decided that it is no longer considered necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in the area specified in the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (London Southend Airport) (Emergency) Regulations 2025(a).
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016(b).
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (London Southend Airport) (Emergency) (Revocation) Regulations 2025 and they come into force with immediate effect.
Revocation of Regulations
2. The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (London Southend Airport) (Emergency) Regulations 2025 are revoked.
