1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारत सरकार (कायच-आबंटन) (तीन सौ पिैत्तरवां संिोधन) जनयम, 2024 ैै।

(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त ैोंगे।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th March, 2024 S.O. 1229(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (Three Hundred and Seventy-fifth Amendment) Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF JAL SHAKTI (JAL SHAKTI MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub- heading “DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES, RIVER DEVELOPMENT AND GANGA REJUVENATION (JAL SANSADHAN, NADI VIKAS AUR GANGA SANRAKSHAN VIBHAG)”, after entry 7A, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:- “7B. Glacial Studies.”.
