1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारत सरकार (कायय-आबंटन) (तीन सौ जछहत्तरवां संिोधन) जनयम, 2024 ह।ै

(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. भारत सरकार (कायय-आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 की जद्वतीय अनुसूिी में, “मत्सस्ट्यपालन, पिुपालन और डेयरी मंिालय” िीकयक के अधीन, “क. मत्सस्ट्यपालन जवभाग” उपिीकयक के अधीन, प्रजवजि 8 के पश्चात, जनम् नजलजखत प्रजवजि अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी, अर्ायत् : - “8क. समुद्री िैवालों की खेती और संबद्ध गजतजवजधयों, औद्योजगक उपयोगों, जवपणन, अन्य स्ट्र्ाजनकों सजहत आयात, संगरोध आदि को बढावा िने ा ।’’। द्रौपिी मुम,ूय राष्‍टर पजत [फा. स.ं 1/21/2/2022-मंजि.] आिुतोक जिंिल, अपर सजिव 2413 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] CABINET SECRETARIAT

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd April, 2024 S.O. 1614(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (Three Hundred and Seventy-sixth Amendment) Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF FISHERIES, ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND DAIRYING (MATSYAPALAN, PASHUPALAN AUR DAIRY MANTRYALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF FISHERIES (MATSYAPALAN VIBHAG)”, after entry 8, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:- “8A. Promotion of Seaweeds cultivation and associated activities, industrial applications, marketing, import including exotics, quarantine, etc.”.
