NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 4th November, 2025 (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS) F. No. 29-CA/Law/D-331/2025.—A Division Bench of the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka in Civil Petition No. 53/2014 under Section 21(6)(c) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 has ordered on 29.07.2025 that the name of Shri Manish Agarwal, Chartered Accountant (M. NO. 208588), Permanent/Professional Address: G701, Golden Sqare Chs Sundar Nagar Kalina Mumbai -400098 be removed from the Register of Members for a period of three years after finding him guilty of “Professional Misconduct” falling within the meaning of Clause (7) of Part I of the Second Schedule read with Clause (ii) of Part II of the Second Schedule to the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.

Now, therefore, pursuant to the said order of the Hon’ble Karnataka High Court dt. 29.07.2025 and in terms of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the said Act read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of Shri Manish Agarwal (M.NO. 208588) stands removed from the Register of Members for a period of three years w.e.f. the date of publication of this notification.
